Crushing & Recycling

Recycling and Land Restoration are significant parts of our business. We have our own landfill sites for inert wastes and in conjunction with these, recycling centres for processing demolition materials and soils into recycled aggregates and soils.

As this part of our business has grown our investment in recycling plant has increased and we now offer a complete crushing and screening service to our customers.

Our crusher fleet consists of Tracked Mobile Primary Jaw Crushers, Tracked Mobile Secondary Cone Crushers, Tracked Mobile Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers and a Combined Shredder Crusher and Screener.

The screening fleet consists of all Tracked Mobiles of various sizes fitted with magnets and dust suppression.

Loading shovels are all fitted with on-board weighloaders and printers.

Excavators are all equipped to operate with pulverisers, hydraulic breakers and magnets and the Dig a Crusher (a jaw crusher mounted inside an excavator bucket).

We contract crush & screen for the Major Contractors in recycling e.g. Tarmac, Lafarge, Viridor - and others producing sub base and single size aggregates from rail ballast, concrete, asphalt, bricks & blocks. High quality crushed glass for asphalt and fiberglass production.
